KEY RULES & PAYMENT

To get paid, you must have a Paypal or a bank account in your own name. It must accept transfers from Wise or Revolut. You will also need to send us an invoice and sign an agreement with us.

• Do NOT perform load tests, stress tests or DoS attacks.
• Do NOT test our support channels.
• Report issues ONLY to us.
• If you violate these rules, we will not pay you, and we might take legal actions.
• Always send proof of the issue. A video is best.

Please note that you will get a reply after we have read, understood and carefully checked your report.
This might take several days, in some cases up to 2 weeks.
